100% American made, American owned. Marc Rinehart, CEO and founder of QST Liquid Smoke started the manufacturing company in middle TN in 2018. Quality, Service, and Trust are attributes that have followed him and his vision for over 30 years in the food and meat industry.
Quality, Service, and Trust
QST began as a seasoning company in Southern California in the late 1990s. From the start, it was involved in smoke flavors, working as both a broker and a distributor. This experience offered valuable insight into the unique challenges of sourcing and delivering high-quality smoke flavorings. Recognizing that the smoke flavoring industry was dominated by a handful of foreign-owned processors, Marc saw an opportunity to create something distinctly different: a fully American-owned and operated smoke flavoring manufacturing business that emphasized quality, service, and trust.
