Drench<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 QST Smoke Elite P (QST# 20-7884)\u2013 Elite P is a very versatile drench smoke with the ability to formulate well in low or high dilutions. Elite P is formulated for high color and a mild flavor. Water soluble<\/p>

Brine Addition<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Replace BAF with BS 2000 QST Smoke BAF (QST# 20-7856)\u2013 BAF is highly soluble and formulated to mix into brines. BAF can be added at low levels to create a hint of smoke flavor or higher levels to produce a bold, clean smoke flavor.<\/p>

Wood Derived Browning<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 QST Smoke WDB (QST# 20-7800)\u2013 WDB is derived from the pyrolysis of wood. WDB is used in many applications to produce a variety of colors, with low to no flavor based on the dilution and application rate. Gold: QST Smoke Gold<\/strong><\/span> (QST# 20-8031) \u2013 Produced from pyrolyzed dextrose, Vapor Smoke Gold develops color from low to very high with no flavor. This is determined by usage levels, application, time and temperature. Vapor Smoke Gold requires a label of caramel color because it is made from sugars, however it is not a caramel color.?????<\/p>

Natural Smoked Sugar<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 QST Smoke Smoked Sugar\u2013 Smoked Sugar is a liquid product where sugar contacts natural smoke as it is processed. Natural Smoked Sugar can be used internally or topically and is not required to be flagged on the finished product label.<\/p>

Black Smoke<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 QST Smoke JB Black (QST# 20-8087)\u2013 JB Black works well when applied to casings and nets delivering a dark black color. JB Black is water soluble and can also be diluted and used to dip product prior to cooking and develop a dark black color.<\/p>
